Shipment
Once the item/items are shipped I'm/we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen item/items. Please contact your local USPS, UPS, FEDEX if a problem arises, and questions about your parcel. I will send out tracking number so you will have your info on the shipping. If you would like to add the insurance to protect against these instances, please notify us before placing your order. It's the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct.
